At ExtraHop, we know that building a good business means more than just delivering a great product to market. Without the commitment and engagement of the people who play a role in creating that product, it's hard to get very far.
Since starting this company in 2007, founders Jesse Rothstein and Raja Mukerji have been committed to creating a company culture that nurtures talent, fosters innovation, and is fun and collegial. Bi-weekly film nights for obscure, artsy types; the ExtraHop Summer Hackathon; an annual summer outing; our in-house rock band The Packet Droppings; and a no-holds-barred approach to April Fool's Day are some of the valued traditions where hardworking ExtraHoppers get to play hard and connect with each other. ExtraHoppers also enjoy equity in the company for all full-time employees, performance-based bonus plans, spot bonuses for exemplary work, and an honor-based paid-time-off system. Oh, and of course there's the private label ExtraHop IPA (an abiding love of microbrews is, after all, the hallmark of truly great Pacific Northwest companies).
In recognition of ExtraHop's great working environment, in 2011 and 2012, the Puget Sound Business Journal included our company on its annual list of Washington's Best Workplaces. In 2013, we did one better—taking home the gold award for Washington's best medium-sized workplace, topping the list of 25 finalists in our category.
ExtraHop is actively recruiting exceptional people in product development, sales, marketing, and IT. If you love technology, appreciate elegant solutions to challenging problems, and are looking to expand your horizons, please check out the open opportunities on our careers page.
