Integration Between ExtraHop Performance and BMC Remedy ticketing system

Hi guys,

I know that ExtraHop does support integration with ServiceNow, but i do have one client that requires ExtraHop Performance to be integrated with their BMC Remedy.
Does anyone have any experience in doing that?

You could simply set up SNMP notifications with Remedy as the target.
And then send configure alerts to send to it.

Have you had experience of doing this in the past successfully?
Do you have any screenshots or any documentation of custom integration that you’ve done between ExtraHop and BMC Remedy?
