I understand from documentation that in rare cases, the cluster status will be yellow or even Red, and needed to wait several hours until the state becomes green,
well in my case, the Explore appliance was showing cluster status unreachable.
so after i realized this, i restarted the EXA, and wait until the cluster status becomes green
and it worked.
so i explore the admin gui further to see if there's any error occurred
and i found out that the disks state are, 2 in yellow state, and 1 in Red State.
i know this has to do with the replication.
so before i open a ticket to support, i was wondering if there's anybody here that encountered the same issue as me.

please be kind and review it, and if there's possibility of HDD error or anything would be much appreciated if you guys share the solution.
