Tracking Social Media Use



I’m looking for a way to track social media use by employees. It can be very difficult to completely block social media all together, seeing how we have marketing teams and so much more, but if supervisors are suspecting the use or abuse of social media access, I’d like to be able to build a dashboard to view it.

I did find that, shortly after posting my question. The problem I am running into is that the “User” being identified in various charts is a Citrix XenDesktop Session Host name, not an actual user.

Is there a way to differentiate?
