Extrahop has stopped collecting data

Yesterday all data was being collected as expected and I was actually enjoying having the metrics that i had. Today I came in to find that no data is being reported. On the dashboards it looks like it is looking for data from 12/31/69… I have the time syncing to an NTP server, and the system time is correct… any idea?

It is suggested that you open up a support case via the ExtraHop support portal to help address this issue.
