This issue below was reported in the AD bundle:
"The AD Bundle grabs specific error messages and commits them to metrics using switch cases.
Later in the trigger, we export the records to EXA.
The problem is, the default switch case statement is to “return” when an error does not match the known cases. This means, we do not commit records on errors that are not specifically called out.
We need to remove the default case statement, or change “return” to “break”
