401 Authorization error on sign-in

One of our SOC analysts is receiving a 401 Authorization Required error when signing in to the cloud dashboard, seemingly out of the blue. She gets it across any browser and browsing mode within her work VDI, but still functions normally on other machines. Clearing browser session data does not fix. ExtraHop credentials and MFA token is accepted.

Any ideas on what causes this, before I create a support ticket to dig into it further?
